Our goal!

Our goal at Wayside Parkview Estates is to provide an enjoyable and safe life style for all those who reside in this facility. In order to make that possible, we have created the following guidelines:

• You must be at least 62 years of age.
• You must be able to provide a current medical report (in the last 30 days). We will provide you with a Residential Assessment form that your physician can fill out.
• Your income and resources must be sufficient to meet the financial responsibilities.
• You must agree upon an Individual Service Plan with Wayside Parkview Estates.

We cannot provide services to anyone requiring more than 28 hours of services per week, except in short term recovery from illness, or if admitted to hospice.
Wayside Parkview Estates does not discriminate regarding race, creed, color, handicap, or national origin, however there are admissions limitations based on a comprehensive assessment and the extent of nursing and other care requirement.
